Once you have the measurement of the length and the measurement of the width, you can then multiply them to get the total area. You can also keep in mind that an average demolition is between $4 to $8 per square foot. In some cases, the cost can decrease when there is an increased amount of square footage.
Asbestos

As well, you will want to inform the utility companies that you are planning a demolition project. In most cases, the permit costs are included in the price of a demolition service but it’s always important that you confirm this with the contractor before the project begins.
